My friend works at a killer workout center call The Camp and she recently convinced me to sign up and let me tell you this place is NO JOKE!12729494_534803106699643_795797999_nHere the deal, you sign up for a 6 week challenge where you loose 20lbs in 6 weeks. But what do you have to do?

  1. Follow EXACTLY what they tell you to eat (protein, carb, and veggie list) EXACTLY when they tell you to
  2. Attend 5 workouts a week- they are AWSOME and you can go to ANY location in Southern Cali + a sister gym in Vegas if you happen to be out there
  3. Put down a 500$ deposit
  4. Drink  gallon of water a day

You lose the weight, you get your money back. This program keeps you committed and hold you accountable for your goals! If you have tried time and time again to kickstart your fitness goals then a highly recommend looking into a place like this! The trainers are so encouraging and VERY good at what they do. I am almost done with my 2nd week here so I will definitely keep you updated!
